All reservations must be made by Email or Phone. We will inform you at the time of the call if we have availability or respond to your Email within 24 Hours. Once we have confirmed your reservation we would ask you to complete our reservations form which is attached below in PDF format and send it with your Payment ( Deposit 50% of Cost) in the form of a Cheque by the next available post.

Your reservation will be held for FOUR days after which we will presume you no longer require the space and will inform you via Email of our actions.
Cancellations well in advance of the reserved dates will result in approx 80% refund the rest being absorbed by administration costs. For cancellations within a few days there will be no refund of deposit unless we are able to re-let the space.
Final 50% of payment is expected 3 weeks in advance of your arrival.
